250 Words of Me

First off, Happy May Day to all of my lovely readers!

May is going to be a vary busy month for me. Last night, I was feeling a bit emotional and a bit crazy and I booked a trip to Florida - I love spontaneity and if you know me, you might not know that because I do love to have a plan.

Anyways, I was reading up on some of my favorite sites and I found a challenge to blog every day in may. I think ya'll need to know a little more about me and I think it will be a fun challenge to keep my blogging focused through this crazy month! I will still be adding other content about my everyday life and of course my awesome beach vaycay that will be happening in T-MINUS 19 DAYS! HOLLA!!

I sometimes need to be encouraged to be myself - it's what makes me, me...

Day one: The story of your life in 250 words or less

Above are my people, they make my life an adventure. I have lived in the same small town for 21 years {my whole life} and it's definitely home. I tried to be athletic while I was growing up: basketball, softball, tennis, soccer, horse back riding, swim team - I pretty much covered it all but I never really stuck with any of it. I swam one year in high school, it was intense. I have always wanted to be a nurse {except that one time in kindergarten when I thought being a doctor would be fun, until I realized there is this thing called medical school} because my mom is a nurse and I think it is one of the coolest ways to serve others in their time of need. I broke my arm rollerblading, twice. Total clutz. I went to private school, homeschooled and public school. My first year of college I went to Mississippi College. Sophomore year, I came back home and now I attend the University of Memphis. I am finishing semester 2 of 5 in the nursing program. My story isn’t complete without Jesus. He saved me, He redeemed me and I live in a relationship with the Most High. Traveling has been a huge part of my life, thus far. My parents have sacrificed so much so that I can see the world. The more I travel, the more I realize just how little this planet is and how much smaller we are. That’s it folks!

250 exactly. Type A much?
